When is my order confirmed?
Your payment screen updates after bank confirmation. Keep it open after paying; avoid paying a second time while confirmation is pending.
Is cash on delivery available?
No. We currently accept UPI payments.
What is the shipping charge?
Delivery is free on all orders. No minimum order value.
Can I change my address?
Contact support promptly with your order ID. Changes may not be possible once dispatched.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with your order ID and photos of the parcel, packaging and affected product.
How should I store dry fruits?
Store sealed in a cool, dry place. Follow the product page and package instructions; refrigerate after opening for best freshness.
