Information we collect
We collect the name, contact details, delivery address, cart contents, order notes, order/payment references and configured campaign attribution needed to process your order. Your browser may retain your bag, saved address and private checkout verification token.
How we use it
We use this information to verify payment, process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions and understand marketing performance.
Storage and sharing
Order information is stored in our access-controlled Supabase database. SkillSquare Payment Hub and the configured payment provider process checkout and payment verification. We share delivery information with logistics providers as needed. We do not collect UPI PINs or card credentials.
AI shopping assistant
The optional shopping assistant is powered by Venice AI. Messages you choose to send are processed by Venice along with public product and policy information. Basic email addresses and phone numbers are removed before sending; do not enter private details, payment credentials or personal order information. Chat messages are kept in page memory for this visit and are not saved to your order or analytics. AI replies can contain mistakes; check product pages and checkout for final details.
Your choices
Contact support to request access or correction of your information, subject to legal recordkeeping needs. When enabled by the store, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel receive page and ecommerce events for analytics and campaign measurement. We exclude names, delivery addresses, phone numbers and payment verification tokens from these event payloads. Browser privacy settings may limit tracking.
