After you pay
Return to your Meva House payment page after approving payment in your UPI app. The page checks the payment provider and updates once your bank confirms the payment. Keep your payment receipt.
Payment confirmation
Opening a UPI app, scanning the QR or returning to the store does not by itself confirm payment. Use Check payment status if your page still shows a pending payment.
Pending or interrupted payments
Bank confirmation can sometimes take longer. Avoid paying again while your payment is pending. Keep the visible order reference and receipt if you need help. Never share your UPI PIN or banking password.
Order update
We’ll contact you when your order is ready to move into fulfilment.
