Eligible refunds
Refunds may apply where an order cannot be fulfilled, a payment is verified but the order is cancelled before dispatch, or a damaged/wrong-item claim is accepted.
Processing
After approval, we initiate the refund to the original payment method or an agreed UPI account. Bank and UPI timelines vary; we will communicate the expected timing when the refund is approved.
Unverified payments
If payment remains pending, keep your order reference and bank receipt. Check the payment status before trying again; a payment is confirmed only after provider verification.
